Megawatt Heating Elements nozzle heaters are made from steel outer with high grade mica insulation inside, to insure long life of your heater.

Nozzle heaters can be custom made to almost any size from 25mm diameter onwards up to 300mm long.

The most common applications are for the injection moulding industry.

Heaters can be made to customer requirements and terminations are from leads, screw terminals or 2 pin plugs (where possible).

Megawatt Nozzle heaters can have a continuous operating temperature from 250 - 280 degrees Celsius.

Applications 

Cylinders, Dies, Drums, Holding Tanks, Injections and Blow Molding Machines, and Plastic Extruders.

Features

The Hotwatt Standard Band Heaters are manufactured in one or two piece constructions with maximum inside diameters of 11 1/2" and 22 1/2" respectively.   Three or more sections are employed when heaters of larger diameters are needed  (as for blown film extrusion dies).
